General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Object
These general terms and conditions of sale govern product sales made on the N10 Humanitaire online store.
2. Price
Prices are indicated in euros including tax. N10 Humanitaire reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, products being invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.
3. Order
Any order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. The order confirmation constitutes a sales contract.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer or Mobile Money. The order is validated after receipt and verification of payment.
5. Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination. N10 Humanitaire undertakes to ship orders as soon as possible.
6. Returns
In accordance with legislation, you have a period of 14 days to return a non-compliant product.
7. Use of funds
A portion of the profits from each sale is donated to N10's humanitarian projects.
